This resort has a lot of issues that overshadow its potential. While the staff was courteous during our stay and the grounds appear well-kept, the accommodations left much to be desired. The check-in process was chaotic, and we felt pressured to attend a timeshare presentation. Although we appreciated the effort to maintain the facilities, many aspects of our room and the service provided did not meet the expectations of a resort experience.
